New Business Solutions Firm Already County’s No. 1

Since it was established on 1st July 2006, new Stafford-based business solutions provider D S I T has already achieved enviable status as the county’s number one company supplying tailored IT office systems to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), thanks to a targeted marketing campaign in conjunction with business partner Sage.

The D S I T team, who are hosting an official launch event at The Swan Hotel, Stafford on Thursday 14th September for the region’s professional services sector, is a subsidiary of leading accountancy firm Dean Statham, one of the most widely known and respected accountants in Staffordshire. Beyond its expertise in the fields of tax planning, auditing, accountancy and business forecasting, the company has over recent years built up a thriving business advisory service, encompassing business start-ups, corporate finance, profitability and technical IT support and infrastructure development.

Headed up by Manager Paul Marshall, D S I T is now a standalone business, accredited as a Sage Business Partner through their extensive experience in the Mid Market and Small Business Divisions. All consultants are fully trained across the entire suite of Sage products and offer individual consultancy and bespoke system design based on a company’s existing business levels and those projected for the future.

In addition to hardware supply and installation, web design and e-commerce consultancy, system maintenance, training and technical support, D S I T offers the latest software updates for Sage Accounts such as Line 50 and MMS; Sage Payroll and Human Resources; Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) till systems for retail and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as ACT.

By 2007 D S I T plans to extend its reach to the West Midlands, East Midlands and North-West of England but for now, following a hugely successful direct marketing campaign throughout August, the firm is flat out keeping up with the demand for specialist Sage services in the immediate area.
