Attendance at board meetings

Between us the three Partners have over 75 years of experience in providing sound, practical business advice to our clients.  By attending board meetings we can support business owners on business issues/strategies or personal/family matters that more often than not we have come across and advised upon many times before.

Every business should plan ahead to ensure success but daily business pressures often conspire to delay the strategic planning process. Financial forecasts are a crucial part of any business plan and we will ensure these are both meaningful and robust.
